We dispatch all parcels within 2 to 3 working days after payment is verified. For local delivery, there are normal and courier options. For international delivery, there is only registered mail option.
NORMAL MAIL (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)
All normal mail parcels are dispatched via Singpost. Parcels may take between 3 to a maximum of 7 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure) to be delivered by Singpost. Normal mails cannot be traced hence to prevent missing mails, courier service is highly recommended as a safer option because parcels come with a tracking number and are accounted for during delivery by the respective mail service provider. Thread Theory will not be liable for delayed and missing mails, please opt for courier whenever possible.
STANDARD COURIER (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)
Parcels may take up to 3 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure) to be delivered to local addresses. All standard courier parcels are delivered via Parcel Express and can be tracked at http://www.parcelexpress.sg/. Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email containing the tracking number for your parcel.
EXPRESS COURIER (LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY)
Parcels will be delivered by the next working day (excluding weekends, public holidays and office closure) to local addresses for orders made before 15:00 (GMT +8:00). For orders made after 15:00, we will try to expedite and have it delivered by the next working day but it may only be delivered by the following working day.
REGISTERED MAIL (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ONLY)
We ship all international parcels via registered mail with a tracking number under SingPost. We will send a shipment confirmation email once parcel has been shipped. Thereafter, you can log into your member account to retrieve the tracking number for your parcel. You may then use this number to track the delivery status on SingPost's website - www.singpost.com. Once parcel has arrived in the recipient's country, delivery will be conducted by the respective country's national postal service. Delivery time varies for international addresses depending on region. Below is a rough estimation of delivery time (barring no delay or complications at customs):
Asia: 1-2 weeks
Africa: 3-4 weeks
Australasia: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 2-3 weeks
North America: 3-4 weeks
South America: 3-4 weeks
By purchasing, we deemed the customer as agreeable to their parcels being mailed via the various mail service provider(s). Thread Theory will not be held liable for delayed and missing mails by mail service provider(s). However, we will render our best assistance in helping you to attempt to retrieve any missing mail. Please opt for the safer option - local courier service as the chances of retrieving a missing normal mail is minimal since such parcels do not have tracking numbers.
